64K ISDN - Error 651
Hi
Ive got an ISDN dial-up connection, but whenever i dial (username and password is deffinatly correct) it get an error 651 - "Your modem (or other connecting device) has reported an error." Ive tried reinstalling the modem, and when i query the modem i do get a response. SO im almost 100% sure the modem is not faulty. I also tried a loop back test on the line itself and it fails. The cable provider has had a look at the line and says there is nothing wrong with it. Im kinda outa ideas.... Any suggestions Thanks

Ive reinstalled the clients modem with the original drivers.
Ive tried a brand new modem and it works fine, but the one that wasnt working seems to work at my office now.
