Oh k....the problem is that I have a 40GB HD, that recently went bad, so the initial issue was that I was not able to boot fom it, and of course using it as a secondaryw as the other option for data recovery and also extra storage. Now when I set it up as a secondary it tells me that I need to format the drive....that is not an option as I have some very important stuff on it. So........"Is there any software outthere available for purchase or download allowing me to access it by any means possible that if only allows me to get some files from it? Let me know ASAP!! Please.

(^^;?(Nothing to lose now.)
First use powermax and reparir if possible. Use other OS i.e. Free Dos, Linux, BSD and so on. Then there are many salvage softwares on the web, try them straight away they always manage to ignore errors to copy. Then mix the methods. |
