Blue bars across Windows XP startup screen
Been having a weird problem as of late. After I completely shutdown my computer and leave it off for about 30 minutes, I get blue vertical bars across the Windows XP startup screen. I then get grey distortions on the mouse and desktop until I restart the computer. After I restart, everything is normal. There are no blue bars across the startup screen, and no distortions, as well as no performance issues. I can play games, etc with no issues. Any idea what is causing this? I have flashed the BIOS, reformatted, reinstalled WindowsXP etc, so I believe it to be a hardware problem.
