Unhappy booting problem
Ive just made my first pc, but Im having problems booting.
It only boots up alternatly, I press the power button and it starts up and windows loads, when I shut down and i press the power button to turn on again all the lights come on but i get nothing on the monitor so i press reset twice and it comes on. This happens all the time regular as clockwork.
Here are my specs
AMD 64 3200+
2x512mb 3200 400 ram
asrock k8s8x motherboard
sata harddrive
geforce 6800gt
nec dvd writer
liteon dvd rom
floppy

I think it is caused by not so much some wrong devices as by connection loose. For example, CPU is not set correctly, or ram etc..
