Compaq Proliant 800
I have a single processor 500 MHz proliant 800 server. Can you answer the following questions regarding this box?
1. I tried adding a 2nd processor and received an error saying '215 - Nonfunctioning voltage regulator moduler for processor 2.' What does this mean? Do i need additional parts? If so, what are the part names and numbers? 2. Does this motherboard support more than 2 IDE or SATA drives on RAID 1 or 5? I ask because the IDE cable only comes with 2 connectors. I would think so, but I'd like to make sure. 3. Can this motherboard be upgraded to a faster processor(e.g. 3.2 GHz P4 800 MHz FSB)? If so, which ones including their part names and numbers? 4. Right nowIi have (3) 64 MB SDRAM chips. What others are supported? 5. Can the max storage exceed 72.8 GB as noted on your web site? Thanks
