Compuer hard Drive

hello everyone,

I need help with my computer, my hard drive keeps cut off every 5-10 mins. a long time ago i got a virus on my computer. my nephew was downloading a game while i was gone. the virus lock all my files. when ever i try to go on the internet this same page keep popping up. so i use a program that will stop it. when i use the program it stop the virus, but a took away my files and my data. i know it only the hard drive because when hook up to a different out my computer does cut off. what it wrong with it? and what do i need to do to get it back and running again? i cant afford to but another computer. please help

It looks like the virus is still running on your computer. If possible, try to download and install Malwarebyes Anti-Malware and run a full computer scan.

this is the program i used and it erase all my files.
