Go to both manufactures sites, they will have the Ghosting software, and will be able to tell you if its possbile to ghost from IDE to SATA.

Just a long shot, what OS, and DirectX ver is that machine running?

OK, how long until the return of you board? If its a while, apply some updates, updating DirectX might help.

When I had the Delta Force Black Hakw Down DEMO, it required DirectX8.1, it lagged like hell. I upgraded to 9.0, It flew! The Latest version is DirectX 9.0c

And check if this problem is common, and if there is a patch available on the manufacturers site!

i am using 98 right now until i can borrow somebodys xp disk...i am using directx 9.0c and i think its gonne be here in like 2 weeks knowing my lucK
