Computer not sending signal to monitor help!
Hi this is my first time posting on here so bare with me.yesterday my computer suddenly stoped sending a signal to the monitor when you turn it on. It sounds like it's working but the monitor only says no signal imput and then turns off. The computer itself remains on. Any idea what may be causing this or how to fix it?
Oh I have an HP media center model m7334n I believe. Thanx!

Hi lucydiamond and welcome to Dev Shed.
I've moved this thread from CPU help to Computer Hardware Help as it's not really a specific CPU problem.
On first thoughts, it sounds to me like your video card has failed. Do you have an after market video card or are you using on-board graphics ?

Hi Thanx for responding. No, I don't have an aftermarket video card just the one that came with the computer.

What do you use your machine for ? For example, internet and writing docs, playing games, coding etc ?
What you use it for determines the size of the card that you'd be better installing.
