Angry Computer not starting need help

hey guys i definately got a hardware problem here,
when i start my computer it starts doing a series of beeps at about a one second interval. and my monitor says no input. everything appears to have power going to it, but my power supply fan is not spinning. my computer problems arose this morning at about 5:30 when my fan starting making a really irritating noise so i did a cold shut down (held down power button for 5 seconds) and went back to sleep.
when i woke up 2 hours later i tried turning on my computer but the computer made a kind of popping sound similiar to when you blow a fuse, and then did not return to working order after. i had to go to work so i had no time to fiddle.
when i got back from work i started to mess around again and in trying various optinos i unplugged my computer and plugged it in again, and then it started and ran fine, but my fan was still acting up. so i dug around in my computer looking for which fan to replace turning it on and off with the power switch in the abck before the o/s booted up so i could try to figure out which fan was squeeking. well to my dismay when giving up my search for the squeaky fan i just decided to leave my case open and wait for the noise so i could find out which one it was when it happened. when i tried to boot up i got the beeping problem that i mentioned above. i looked for loose connections and unplugged the back of the computer and flipped the power switch to the off position then turned it all back on again and can't find my problem
i unplugged and replugged all of my connections and made sure everything was tight
i am totally lost and out of idea's
can someone help me out here.
thanks for your time.

What bios do you have? The beeping is a code, you can look up what it means for your bios. Example: AWARD BIOS continuous beeping=memory error

Look in your mobo manual, should say what bios you have, what beeps codes mean, etc.

Just to see if it is the ram, try another stick if you can, or at least try each of the sticks you have individually.

Another cause for "beeping" is a possible video card problem. Try removing the card, booting (obviously won't boot) and then resinstall the card. You may want to try clearing your CMOS by removing the battery as well. As for the PS fan, you should definetly get a new PS if the fan quit working on it. Any "noises" usually indicate bearing failures. Good luck mate!

Hey guys Solution has been found and seak kinda lead me too it

turned off computer
unplugged it
took out my video card completely
took out battery
cleared my cmos
reset cmos
reinstalled battery & vid card
plugged in everything
turned on computer normally
i have no idea why all this chaos kicked up i got the fix from a friend who had that happen and he has a gf 3 so i dont know whats up with this problem, maybe its a bios or windows thing.
also the loud noises were from my front fan which is now fixed with a new fan (that i intended to install like 5 months ago lol) and i just found out my power supply is about 120 watts and has no connector going to my motherboard fan so that could be why thats not going. i'm going to buy a new one soon.

thanks for all your help and i hope someone see's this and gets some help.
