my computer is rebooting every 10 minutes automatically
![]() I tried changing the power supply , no help, the cpu fan is working fine, tried changing the RAM. the processor is AMD K6 1600MHz, Please someone help me out. |

Have you checked for viruses? There are windows exploits that can cause the computer to reboot.

Do you have WinXP? If so you might have it set to auto reboot on an error.
Right-click My Computer, and then click Properties. On the Advanced tab, click Settings under Startup and Recovery. Click to clear the Automatically restart check box under System failure, and then click OK. The error message on a blue screen should remain on the screen so you can record the error information. Perform a virus scan. Grisoft and Panda both offer free solutions to scan your system. |

My computer was doing the same thing and then i turned my error recovery crap off and was able to determine that it was the 56k modem installed that was causing the problem. See if turning those settings off helps ya.
