Computer won't start, beeping sound

Can you guys please explain why sometimes my computer won't start and makes three beeping sound repeatedly (right after I push power button on my CPU)?

This problem started a few months ago. It occurs randomly.

Sounds like faulty RAM ... try one stick that you know works .. make sure its the only one in that machine. Try it in different dimm slots as well

Good luck

The Beeps are the Bios' way of telling you something is seriously wrong. Each Bios has different meanings for the numbers of short of long beeps. If you know your BIOS go to URL to find out what it is telling you.

Hope it's not too fatal!

It is RAM problem. It is not secured tightly. My friend fixed it and now it is working well.

Thumbs up I have the solution

[QUOTE=gmhafiz]Can you guys please explain why sometimes my computer won't start and makes three beeping sound repeatedly (right after I push power button on my CPU)?

So, this problem occurs to my computer very OFTEN.

So, what you have to do is , just take all the WIRES and CONNECTIONS , MAINLY of CPU part, fix it again, see that no dust or any other obstacles are there.

Just fix properly and correctly all the CONNECTIONS in their places.

Try again and again , you will get it!!!!
