Configuring two hard drives
Hi Everyone:
Could somebody tell me how I can configure two hard drives? I want to be able to have OS (Linux and Solaris) run from a smaller hard drive (10GB) and other stuff on 40GB hard drive. I am also not sure how I can configure in such a way that when I start my computer, I should have the option of choosing any OS I want to start. Is there also a way to set up one of the hard drives to behave as a swap disk so that I can speed up? Thanks a million in advance for the help! Vineet |

try this
instead of placing the os's on a different hd than the master drive, create 3 partitions on the master drive and then place an os in each partition
i think that would be your best bet and use the secondary drive just for storage |
