CRT monitor advice needed

I'm unhappy with my brand new Mitsubishi Diamond Pro 930sb.
The text isn't crisp that very annoying for me.
Also vertical lines blured, thus i'm going to get refund.
I'm a web designer and need very quality monitor.
So could anyone tell me what is really what i'm looking for?

Some detailes: quality, 19'', CRT, up $450.

The monitor should go with your actual eyes. Such a person as you need to go and make sure of it in the shop. Literally Seeing is Believing.
