Data loss

hi .....
i got win xp sp3 ....and i got the genuine problem and i cant access my computer .....(turn it on and it asks me for a key or to log off .... )
i got some realy importent suff in my hard disk ....
how can i get the files out (save ) of my hard disk ... ?

or hirens boot cd can solve the problem, there are plenty of interesting programs
