Different Speeds Of Ram

Right ive just got some ram here, 512 Meg DDR 2700

The ram i have in the moment is 256 MEG DDR 3200

Is there any way i can have both of them in ( theyre different speeds so i aint sure if i can slow the 3200 Down )

yea, but the 512 stick will run at the DDR2700 speeds.

Also, Is this right

Ive set my CPU ( 2400+ ) back to stock fsb (133 MHz x 15) ive also set the ram to 133Mhz (266). Is this the best setting for it?

PC2700 runs at 166 mHz. See if your CPU will run at that speed too. I have PC2700 and PC3200 both in my PC running at 200 mHz FSB.

I can get the CPU at 166 x 15 which makes it 2.5GHz with Raising the vCore 0.1v. This increases the DILE temp of the CPU to over 42 degrees... and im scared of it crashing all the times while under load.

If i set it at 166, the ram at 166 it should be better?

42 are you joking? mine runs 24/7 near 50. YOu don't have to worry till high 60's.

Well i just put it up to 166 x 15, and started up, After about 5 mins i got a bluescreen and memory dump. Whats the problem?
