Emergency For Me!!!!
What exactly would happen if I Barly smuged the top corner of the Thermal Interface material on the heat sink. It's small but I need to know now!

I presume you mean the thermal pad or thermal grease that goes in between the heatsink and cpu. If the grease is smudged, wiped off, or the thermal pad is worn away or damaged remove it or clean it off with some alcohol and re apply some grease. No problem. Running your computer without it would cause the cpu to heat up easily. Most computer shops will stock thermal grease, the best stuff being Arctic Silver. http://www.arcticsilver.com/index.html
