Hi,
I have recently formatted a friends computer which was custom made some time ago as it runs a 266mhz processor, he has no documents and no cds (dumbass)! I need to find drivers for the motherboard because the sound and the graphics card are on board and don’t work, but I can’t find the name of the motherboard so I cant find the drivers – Can any one help as I don’t know what to do? Any help is GREATLY appreciated. Thanks in advance Piet

You cannot but try all the likely prints into Google. It it all fails, give attentions to the chipsets, there should be intel or so chipsets, AGP chip (Ati is many), sound chip (crystal is many), and bios rom (it also hints at something). Then apply each of them individually or some maker's built-in drivers. Some of them would work.
