AT or ATX. 90 WATTs isnt going to get you very far, its prob. just giving power to the board, and nothing else. Tried a bigger PSU?

A psu is the "technical" name for the power supplie. Im asuming when you first got the computer the drivers worked ok. Well i cant realy see the problem unless you have added anything to the computer that would take more power.

If you like i have a 230V ATX power supplie you could have at a small charge.

This is a "duh" thing, but your're sure you plugged the power cables securely into the drives?

What do you mean the fans run, but no power? Are you getting anything coming up on your monitor? That may just be that you've pinned the wires from the front of your case wrongly, and its not sending the correct signals, I had the same problem with my first PC, which took me about a whole week to work out.
