Help for update

Hello. I need help with my computer update. At the moment my computer has a video card Nvidia GTX 240, CPU: AMD Athlon 64x Dual Core, 4GB RAM DDR2, Power: Foxtron 420W. I want to change my CPU to Intel i5 760 and I'd be very gratetful if you tell me what motherboard will be good for the CPU, what RAM will be good for the motherboard and how many W of power will i need for everything. Oh and I need the RAM to be DDR3. Thanks previously.

I have had good experiences with MSI and ASUS motherboards, Geil and Crucial RAM, and 500+ watt power supplies from Antec and Cooler Master (among others).

I've saw some sites and I choose these parts: ASUS P7P55D Pro; DDR3 4GB PC3-XMS3C9DHX 1066/1333MHz Corsair Kit of 2; Antec BP500U W EC. Is this combination good?

ASUS and Corsair are usally good brand to get.
I don't have any personally experience with Antecs Power supply but from the information i found they should make power supply that works.

It can be a good idea to make a link to the products you found, that way it is easier and faster to see exactly which products you have found.

Motherboard should be Asus P7P55D.
