Identifying On Board Sound Card Info

Hey,
I recently bought a used PC and am trying to get a driver set up so my sound works. After taking the side off it appears as though I have an on board sound card - and it 'looks' as though the chip next to it says "ICS".. but after looking all over the net, I can't find anything remotely close to that for an on board sound card. What else do you suggest I do to identify the card and get the driver? Your help would be greatly appreciated..
Thanks!
IW
