KDS monitor problems
At times when opening a .bmp or .jpeg, little white pixels appear all throughout the picture. I am even seeing them when opening web sites. Any help would be appreciated

Are the same pixels white in all the pictures? If so, that sounds like a monitor problem. If not, the artefacts are from something else. Check that your system temps, particularly the video card, are not too high, and that all fans are spinning properly.
