Motherboard and RAM speed

Hi,

I currently have 256MB RAM on my PC and i want to add another 256MB. My motherboard speed is 100Hhz (Board: Quntumn Designs Limited PLATINIX-2 V1.XX, Bus Clock: 100 megahertz). It is possible for me to add 256 MB SDRAM PC133 or does it need to be PC100?

Thanks.

it's best if you match the same speed as your other RAM
