My monitor has a ghost in it

I recently got a used 21" moniter, which is really great. My only problems is that the image quality isnt there, which is very important. Everything has a ghost like image standing next to it, about a .25 mm difference. Not a big noticable thing, but I want my monitor to be sharp as can be. Anyone have any ideas? Can I just bring this in to some shop and get it fixed?

There is a similar prob we get with Fujitsu e213 Monitors also...

does this mointer have a built in degause button, if so use it. also check to see if any thing around the mointer is putting out a magnetic field. to do this just move things around while the mointer is on and look for and sharpest changes.

Angry i have the same problem

I have the same problem with the shadows..
every open window has a shadow through it.
i made a screen shot and tested it on another computer..
it looks crystal clear.
any idea what the problem is??
ive tried it on 3 monitors...
is this a connectivity thing?

Shadows are usually caused by bad cables or -shielding.

Also, if you have a KVM switch, remove it. If it is not good quality, see above..
