My own Computer's information
Is there any program/way that will tell me my computers complete specs without knowing anything about it? My motherboard, cpu, memory, video card; their type, model, etc. If there's a way to do this, it'd be easier for me to help my friend tinker with his computer his friend helped built for him.

(^^;?(There are Bios System Information and in accessary > System Tools > System Information.)
Though their subtile differences and whether they are correct or not is another matter.
