Need to detect motherboard make/model...

Anyone know of any useful tools to detect my mother boards make/model so I can install the onboard usb and sound drivers? There is no make/model info on the actual board itself. This is for a fairly new (1yr old) p4 2.4ghz board. Thanks guys!
