New HD 160Gb... Sata or EIDE ?

Maybe this question is asked many times, but I have not found a very good link with the reply I need to know

I am going to buy a new HD, 160Gb approx and undecided if I go for SATA or the traditional EIDE type

They are approx the same price

What are the advantages disadvantages of SATA over EIDE?

will be used in a PSP800 Asus motherboard and 3GHz
