most of the time this can be solved by using the cmos jumper, clear the cmos. this should put the mother board back in a auto detect state and should find your hardware and boot. if not bad or incorrect ram, and video card would be next on my list to double check, first try pulling them out and putting them back in, if no help try different ram, and video.

i tried CMOS and it didnt work
i guess it may be the video card since i tried to pull off a heat sink that was bonded into GPU but im not sure becuase i only tried lil bit...and if the video card is causing the problem...should the hard drive run like normally do?(making all that noises and stuff) because it starts and runs for sec and doesnt do anything and could it be the processor? if not what would appear or happen if the processor is dead |

if all your stuff is new, and you have the right ram for the board, i would bet the motherboard would be bad out of the lot, you have a ecs board,.....i see lots of trouble with them.
