No monitor display at boot up, motherboard problem -how to fix?

My computer Spec is

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-8IR533
Display card:Geforce2 MX400 64MB
Pentium 1.7GHz
256MB DDR Ram
80G Harddisk

The monitor display: "no signal" when the computer is on. The monitor and its connection line is working (tested on the other computer)
I also plug the display card in the other computer, which proves the display card is working.

The battery on the motherboard is working as well. I also replug RAM, harddisk (IDE), CD-ROM, battery on the motherboard, the display card and keyboard.

I turn on the power. The CPU fan is on. I can hear the beeping. But still no display on the monitor.

My guess is the motherboard problem. As all the other components are working on other computers (tested). But I do not know how to fix the motherboard. Please help.
