Nokia 445Xav, Service menu -> problems

Hi

I just bought used Nokia 445Xav. Picture was little bit blur, so I went to service menu just to check out if there is focus or something.

Well, I went through menus to check them out, and when I came to "menu" called initializing and pressed button, picture went black.

Another problem:
I can't access audio-menu anymore, so there is no sound.
How can I re-enable it?

I'm trying to find service manual, but haven't found it yet. If somebody could give me url I would be grateful. Also _any_ help at all means lot to me.

Now I have picture on the screen, but not as well as before. Geometry sucks. Could somebody please give me values of each setting in service menu:

Height
Vert centring
width

pincushion
trapezoid
orthogonality

[Gray scale]

[Initializing] <- Don't touch this, it "broke" my monitor.

To access service menu, you need to:

Turn of monitor
Press left arrow (up or down, don't remember?)
Power on monitor
release left arrow and press right arrow

You need to release left arrow right after you power on your monitor. Right arrow needs to be pressed right after you release left arrow.

Then service menu works like usual menu. You can exit service menu by powering off monitor.
