notebook won't boot up
I have a notebook that's been shutting down on me as a result of overheating. So I decided to remove the thermal cooling unit and blow out any dust that has accumulated. After doing so and putting everything back together, it will power on the hard drive and fan, but the monitor and keyboard appear to be dead.
I actually removed the cpu when doing this because it's attached to the fan. Because I removed the cpu, do I need to clear the cmos(or anything else) to make this sucker boot up again? |

Exactly, nothing to worry...
Just do clean everything and assemble. If not try checking the temperature- setting in the MotherBoard.
