Question PC not booting or Posting unless Jumpers set to 133MHz
Saw similar posts on this board, not sure if this is the same, but my problem is this:

URL

AMD AthlonXP 3200+
Crucial 512MB DDR400 etc.

Should be running at 200MHz, but nothing at all happens except when jumpers set the FSB to 133MHz...

Need help...
