PC won't register second piece of RAM
I already have 1 piece of 512mb 400MHz DDR Ram and I have just bought a second. I cant get my PC to register the second piece, they both work one at a time but never together. Any Ideas I am lost as to why they wont work.

when you say they work one at a time.do you put them in the same slot.because maybe its the ram slot on the ram

No I have tried all of the slots and they all work, I ahve 3 slots and no matter what one I use they do not both work together
