PC104's programmation different than PC's programmation ?

Hi folks,

Does any one have coded programs for Pc104 ? Is it different, do you have to use another langage or does C++(vc++) work well for it ?

Any special caracteristics about it ? Some specials class or some exceptions or something ?

This week, I am working on a analysis for a project, and we will be using a pc104 on the machine that will be connected to a server. I choosed pc104 cause they are small and appropriated (I think) to the kind of work needed. So I want to be sure we are heading the right way and what time to expect until it's runs and I do all the coding structure etc....

Thank you !

sorry, I already started another thread in another topic, but it's because I want software hardware designer answer, I assume I might have different answer or something a little bit different to check on.

Thank you

I am assuming you are speaking of a single board computer(SBC) in a pc104 form??? yes???
If so, then they program much like any other pc. The ones that I have used are simply pentium class 586 computers in a small package with limited ram and typically a hard drive that is a chip on the board.
