Problem with Internet (hosting or network) - Please help

I type in a url at work and it displays a page, but on my home computer it displays somthing else (another site). Thats what happened a few months ago.
Now i had a website and i moved the host, so i changed the name servers to point to that account. The holding page displayed was my domain registrars. You wait 24hrs and it displays the new holding page of the new hosting account.

NOW here is the problem i am accessing the url of my site from outside like at work and it displays the new holding page but at home it displays the old one of my domain registrars.

I have tried:
clearing cache
unplugging modem.
renew dhcp

I am connected via cable broadband and i have a linksys 4 port befsr41 cable/dsl router which auto detects everything.

Plz help i am not sure why this happens.

I think i just had to await propogation with my isp.
And on ip config i released and renewed all or somthing i think it must have refreshed the setting from the isp.
