problems with Netgear WIFI card and Win XP Pro roaming profiles

Hi,

I have a problem, In my building i have several floors with different companys on each floor - each company has its own VLAN. Anyway this one company Is running Win Xp Pro and have Netgear WIFI cards and they want roaming profiles.

Anyway their roaming profiles dont work with the WIFI cards, however they work with normal LAN cards, ive heard about problems with Win XP Pro roaming profiles and netgear WiFi cards, ive also heard that there is a way to make them work, can anybody help me?
