Question about Dual Channel DDR
Hey guys
If my board only has 2 slots for DDR RAM, can I add a second stick of 512MB DDR, or do I need Dual Channel to run 2 sticks of the same size RAM? Thanks in advance! |

OK, so then how is Dual Channel any better, if I can add another stick of RAM, what does Dual Channel do which this dosen't?

im guessing ur mobo wont have dual channel because it only has 2 slots of ram, but i may be wrong.
dual channel ram is faster than single channel |
