Question on starting up my computer
I reformated my computer and when i start my computer up i don't get the cd-rom drive icon, it doesn't show up. I don't know what to do. Can anyone help me..

By "cd-rom drive icon" do you mean the additional drive letter for it in my computer? Does it show up when the bios posts and scans the IDE chain? Is it listed in device manager?

Ive never actually been hit by that problem. But does the Drive require an installation, also i suggest refreshing the view just incase.
