    Ram goes off after shutdown

    Hello guys,

    Greetings!

I am facing a small problem in my computer. My ram is having some sort of problem. When I use the regular windows software shutdown, my ram goes off and it is not working when I start it again. Those times, I have to remove the power cord, and remove the ram from the slot, then plug the Ram again and restart the machine, the ram is working fine.

Can any one experienced or heard about this behaviour before or no any solutions for this one ?

It sounds like a motherboard problem. I can't really say more without more information, such as the make/model of your computer and its components.

Hi! You need to change the slot of ram and then check the problem and set the bios defaults in bios setup.
