Anyone know of a cheap place to get some PC800 RDRAM, besides eBay?

nope, and i've been looking. it's too bad the bastards at IBM won't drop their price on that ****. If I had the money to buy a new system, I would just do away with RDRAM all together, but for now, and for a while yet to come, i'm stuck.... : (

its almost cheaper to buy someone's used computer with it already in there and then just sell all the parts

Other than eBay (used), you probably won't find any. RDRAM lost out to DDR as a configuration, so there isn't much of it around, leading to higher prices, much as plain pc100 or 133 sdram has gotten more expensive.
Buying another cheap computer and selling or using the rest of the parts is a pretty good idea. (or you could save to make yourself a new computer... )
