Samsung laptop keyboard is acting out?

every single day I have to restart my laptop because it freaks out. and my touch pad doesn't do how its supposed to either. buttons change their functions and keys do anything except what they are supposed to do (like open new things and keys start the computer search, one restarts the computer, etc) and I dont know what to press to reset the way the Samsung Q Series Keyboard is supposed to work. Why does it do this? Can someone please help me with this? thank you
