Screen has distortion after minutes of usage then restarts

Hi my screen has gone bad, i don't know if my video card is already busted or just corrupted driver.

It happens after I forgot to shutdown my pc for 5 hours, the temp in my room is a humid due to hot weather. The next time i turned on my PC distortion all the screen shows then it would black out then show up again about a couple of times. Then on the notification it shows that Windows had stop NVIDIA 191.xx and has restarted. But it doesn't cure the issue after those blinks it would totally black-down then restarts.

Based on your description it sounds like an overheating problem with your video card.

First make sure the fan on your video card is turning and isn't clogged with dust. Beyond that, you would need to try to cool the ambient temperature more or try to cycle more air through the system (ie with more fans).
