Server spec for XP+IIS+PHP+MySQL

Hi,
I'm looking to setup a cheap pc to run XP+IIS+PHP+MySQL - just for personal dev server.
What is the min spec I could get away with
- PII 500 + 128mb ?
- PIII 500 + 512mb ?

The requirements for XP, which will be the limiting factor here. You could easily use something like windows 2000 server, which has lower requirements: http://www.microsoft.com/windows200...eqs/default.asp
