Exclamation System Idle Process at 00

My system idle process is always at 00 and I don't know why.

Its always like that when I'm playing games not flash games, the mmofps games and the game is always at 90+. The game is like always lagging and not playable at all.

Here's my HijackThis.log in case you need it.

First, do you *NOTICE* your computer running slow? Second, I don't notice anything in your log that screams at me. The only thing I'm unsure about is the "Shaw Secure" things. But I presume that's a AV you installed. Seemed legit in my 2 second google search. I'm certainly not familiar with it so I don't know if it hides your system idle process or something.

How is you computers CPU? amount of RAM? Graphic card?

How does it compare to the minimum requirement of the games you play?
You can take a look at the site Can you run it and see if your game is listed.

One thing that can slow down a computer is dust or overheating because of insufficient cooling.

I've been playing this game for a year and it was pretty smooth. This lag started a month ago. Btw, the game is called Sudden Attack.

So it might be dust or overheating problem.

Do I have to take my cpu apart and clean it?

Not the CPU, just open the case and use some compressed air to blow things out. Not the most recommended way, but if you're extra careful not to touch anything you can leave the computer running while you blow it out. The dust is going to fly no matter what so it doesn't hurt to have the fans going while you use the air. Just don't touch anything and don't tip the can upside down to get the freezing liquid to come out and you'll be OK. Otherwise, turn it off and go nuts.
