web server behind Linksys - download problem

I'm running IIS web server behind Linksys BEFSR41 router with latest firmware. When I download a file from this server using the static IP address, the downloaded file size is few bytes bigger than the original file on the server. The downloaded file becomes corrupted. If I download the file through localhost the file size is same and file is not corrupted. If I connect the server without the router everything is fine too. The few extra bytes added by the router are always the same amount.

Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem?
