Weird Monitor Problem
This problem is a little different then the standard No Signal one. Ive fix it several times by removing the battery and what not and then it works. but the problem starts when i restart the computer as it remains on windows is shutting down for like 5 mins plus and then i give up and i turn off manually, but then it goes back to the normal problemof the monitor not working with no signal crap...im really tired of it......anyone know how to fix it, please any help in advance would be most appreciated.

What are your system specs, and which battery are you talking about?
I have had simmilar shut down problems but never the boot up. My inital thoughts is that it seems to be a "software" problem, which OS are you using? and has this been recently tweaked? Profftnt

well i kind of fixed it changed sound card cuz apparently it was messed up, but now my computer cant get any error messages or it freezes or any of the microsoft xp pop up kind of alert like things, any ideas how to fix?
