Cause it's been a long time since I actually have to look for a new comp. Thanks a lot in advance. YM ![]() |

Were you looking to spend $300, $3,000 or $30,000?

When I built my comp a few years back I took a look at this magazine and used there ratings: http://www.maximumpc.com/ranking/rankings2.html .
Good luck, with $2000 you can get a nice kick *** computer.

$2000 will definitely get a good computer. You might want to check out Ars Technica, they have a system guide, and your price range is about their "Hot Rod" level. Anandtech also has periodic system guides. I can maybe spec something when I get home if you want more help.
