What's "Normal" In Relation To A "Good" Temp For AMD 64 CPUs?
Does anyone know what a "Good Temp" is for AMD 64 CPUs? Mu AMD 64 3000 is running at 49C/120F? .....Seems to hot. My Athlon 1800 Runs at a cool 17c?..Thanks

49C isn't bad (is that a load temp, or idle temp?). 17C is phenomenal for air cooling, unless you live in alaska.

anyway my friend has an amd athlon(not shure what kind) but his runs at about 49c so i think yours(being more powerful) should be fine running at the same temp.also AMDs tend to be hotter than intels ![]() |
