win2000 hardware

i'm using win 2000 professional server
massege coming " spoolsv.exe has generated error and will be closed by windows you will need to restart the programme An error log is being created"
01.why is ?

02.i can't use paste command?

03.my computer having 256 ram and processor 1.7 Mhz but its too slow

04.some time i can open my computer .but i can't see folder at my computer

Check for spyware with ad-aware or spybot search and destroy. Defragment your harddrive. The spoolsv.exe is for your printer, are you trying to print things when this error occurs? You might need to re-install the printer or change your settings

how to find spyware with ad-aware or spybot

you can find it by "search" facility or perhaps you can check that spy*** in RegEdit! by doing this:
1. use regedit!
start-run-regedit (the regedit window will appear)

2. find the suspicious ads or spybot!
edit-find-enter the keywords!
note the keywords can be a word that you are suspicious to be an ads or spybot.. for example.. sorry "gator", "sexads", "gain", or something like that!

3. Delete it if you want to!
but becareful, sometimes you will get the same name but it is used by windows or even it is one of windows component !

4. fresh f3 to the next target!
