windows problem

I recently reinstalled windows and it is for some reason reading the larger drive as drive c: and the drive I installed windows on as drive f: can some one help me.

As far as i know, it will the drive that is installed first in line as master, as C:
If the drive you installed windows on is not the master on IDE1 you should make it so.
