XP 2500+ reading as 1.1Ghz!

Hi everyone,
Today I just built my XP 2500+ system (thanks to DevShed.com) but Windows only reads it as 1.1Ghz, so I went to the BIOS, but am not sure what it is Im looking for, I found a thing called "Host Clock Control" or something like that, which wont go any higher than 1032Mhz, can somebody PLEASE help me put my system up to 1.83Ghz like its meant to,

Thanks in advance!

System Specifications:
AMD Athlon XP 2500+, 333Mhz FSB
512MB DDR RAM, 333Mhz FSB
Gigabyte GA-7VM400M, VIA-KM400
Windows XP Pro w/ Service Pack 1a

PS: how do I make a signature for my posts, so I dont have to re-write my specs all the time? or is it not possible?, thanks

Yeah kinda, I started this one about 12 months ago, but never finished cos my parents moved state and back, so about 2-3 weeks ago, I let the angry side os me get the upper hand "**** it, build a whole new system from scratch, let the old one be their problem". Last week we got a power spike, took out keyboard and port, they choose the cheap way, buy an adapter, then the whole board died from another power spike, now they come to me to ask what parts they need to build MY old PC, some Im using this one, and am going to build a $7000 PC, just to passivly say "look what I can build when you dont ****ing move around alot, see MWUH HA HA HA HA". So yeah still planing to build a good.....correction......BEAST PC.

Can you tell me how to inster a signature on my posts? like the 'fake' one I'll make here, cheers

Well, they bought a cheap $50 one today, and hopefully buy now, their brains have learnt to listen to me a bit more now and go with "dont buy some cheap ****, if ya gonna buy, than buy in a long run" and go with a $200 UPS later. You dont know how to make a REAL sig that auto inserts everytime like other users? eg like Karsh44, hes got a weird one! hehehe

Check the FAQ -- you have to have 100 posts and be here for something like 90 days.
